Iverson <br /> County Clerk <br /> Grantsburg , WI 54840 <br /> Dear Mr. Iverson: <br /> Re: Approval of Shoreland Map & Text Amendments to the Burnett <br /> County Land Use Ordinance; Order #3-SW-05-(7)84(16)-M1/T1 <br /> The Burnett County Land Use Ordinance amendments, and Wisconsin Wetlands <br /> Inventory Maps, adopted by the Burnett County Board of Supervisors on <br /> February 23, 1984 by Ordinance No. 84-2, comply with the new requirements of <br /> Chapter NR 115, Wisconsin Administrative Code and are hereby approved in <br /> accordance with Section 59.971 , Wisconsin Statutes. <br /> Pursuant to Section 227.11 (2) , Wisconsin Statutes, any person aggrieved by <br /> this approval may seek judicial review by serving and filing a petition in <br /> accordance with the provisions of Sections 227.15 and 227.16, Wisconsin <br /> Statutes, within 30 days after service of this approval . Any petition for <br /> judicial review of this decision must name the Department of Natural Resources <br /> as the respondent. <br /> We appreciate Burnett County's efforts in adopting this ordinance. Successful <br /> implementation of these regulations will depend on effective administration <br /> and enforcement of the ordinance. Please keep us advised on any problems <br /> associated with the administration of the ordinance and let us know when we <br /> can be of assistance.
