Burnett County Zoning Administration <br /> BURNETT COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER <br /> Route 1, Box 300-102 Phone(715)349-2138 <br /> Siren,Wisconsin 54872 <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> A public hearing will be held before the Burnett County Board of <br /> Supervisors on Thursday, July 7, 1988, at 11:00 a.m. , in the Burnett <br /> County Government Center, Meenon Township, Siren, Wisconsin, regarding <br /> the following proposed amendments to the Burnett County Land Use <br /> Ordinance: <br /> To establish a 66 foot planned easement on both sides of STH 35 in <br /> Governments Lots 1,7,8,9.10,14 & 15, and in the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4, <br /> Section 5, T38N R16W, Town of Siren. A detailed map is available <br /> during regular business hours in the Burnett County Land Use/Zoning <br /> Office. <br /> PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO BURNETT COUNTY LAND USE/ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> SECTION 4.2(1) : <br /> A new paragraph to be added as 4.2(1) (f) : <br /> (f) Any proposed or planned roads (eg frontage roads, <br /> service roads, access roads, etc. ) indicated on the <br /> Burnett County Land Use/Zoning maps shall require all <br /> buildings to meet the required setbacks designated <br /> above. Any proposed or planned roads not designated <br /> shall be considered Class C Highways for setback purposes. <br /> To rezone a parcel in Government Lot 7, Section 34, T38N R18W, Town <br /> of Wood River, from SW-1, Shoreland-Wetland District, to RR-2, <br /> Residential-Recreation District.
