• The County Board of Supervisors of the County of Burnett does ordain the proposed amendments/revisions to the Burnett County Sanitary Ordinance as follows: AMENDMENT 1: The title of the "Burnett County Sanitary Ordinance" is amended as follows: Revised Old: Burnett County Sanitary Code. New: Burnett County Private Sewage System/Sanitary Ordinance. AMENDMENT 2: The first paragraph of the "Burnett County Sanitary Ordinance" is amended as follows: Added For the purposes listed in Wisconsin Statutes Sections 59.065, 59.07(51), 144.26(1), (2)(g) and 145 the Burnett County Board of Supervisors ordains Sanitary regulations as follows: AMENDMENT 3: Section I of the "Burnett County Sanitary Ordinance" is amended as follows: Section I This Ordinance incorporates by reference the applicable A. 2. rules, regulations and laws as set forth in the Wisconsin Added Statutes 145 and applicable Wisconsin Administrative Code. These rules, regulations and laws shall apply until amended and then shall apply as amended. The provisions of this Ordinance shall control where more restrictive. Deleted Referenced Chapters NR 112, H 61, H 62, H 63, H 65 and NR 113 were deleted and the word "applicable" added. Section I Plumbing as stated in Section 145 of the Wisconsin A. 3. a.
