3.3 (D) <br /> Any land division resulting in the creation of five (5) or more lots <br /> and requiring approval under the terms of this Ordinance, shall <br /> require the review of the local town board and any municipality having <br /> extraterritorial plat approval jurisdiction. <br /> 4.1 (B) <br /> If the lands are zoned by Burnett County, the intended uses listed <br /> with the application must be a permitted or conditional use in the <br /> zoning district where the land is located. If this is not the case, <br /> the land division application shall be rejected or, with the consent <br /> of the applicant, tabled until appropriate action has been taken. <br /> 4.1 (C) <br /> Each parcel intended to serve as a site for use which are dependent <br /> upon an onsite waste disposal must be identified by at least one (1) . <br /> soil boring per lot as prescribed in DILHR 85.06 Wisconsin Administrative <br /> Code.
