MINUTES OF BURNETT COUNTY <br /> BOAAD OF ADJUSTMENT - SEPTEMBEN. 13, 1976 <br /> WEBSTEH, WISCONSIN <br /> Members Present: Allen McKinley, L. Gregory Johnson, Axel Hansen, and Leroy <br /> Sauerbrey. <br /> Members Absent: Russell Brede. <br /> #98 - Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources requests variance regarding <br /> County Trunk 0 and Logging Creek. <br /> Motion made by McKinley, seconded by Sauerbrey to approve. 4 yes, 0 no. <br /> #102- Pat and Bill Carey request variance regarding road setback, request <br /> variance allowing construction of garage 24x32 approximately 13 feet <br /> from property line, a variance of 17 feet. <br /> Motion by McKinley, seconded by Sauerbrey that setback of 23 feet from <br /> lot line be approved. 4 yes, 0 no. <br /> #103- Shirley Dalton requests variance regarding setback from lake for construction <br /> of deck on front of house, 12x14, house is 75 feet from highwater mark, <br /> deck would require a 12 foot variance. <br /> Motion by McKinley, seconded by Hansen that variance be denied. 4 yes, 0 no. <br /> #104- Edna Pitts requests variance regarding division of property, creation, of <br /> five acre parcel of approximately 165 feet wide and 1320 feet long without <br /> a survey. <br /> Motion by Sauerbrey, seconded by Hansen that variance be denied. 3 yes, 1 no. <br /> #105- Willis Black requests variance regarding construction of new house utilizing <br /> old footings and extending closer to the lake. Present setback is 50 feet <br /> from lake, owns 270 acres surrounding entire lake. <br /> Motion by McKinley, seconded by Hansen that variance be denied. 4 yes, 0 no. <br /> Minutes of previous meeting read and approved on motion by McKinley, seconded by <br /> Sauerbrey. <br /> Axel Hansen, Secretary <br /> cc:Zoning Office <br /> County Clerk <br /> Joe King, DNR <br /> Jack Donatell, DNR <br />
