MINUTES OF BURNETT COUNTY <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT — JUNE 7, 1976 <br /> WEBSTER, WISCONSIN <br /> Members Present: L. Gregory Johnson, Axel Hansen, Leroy Sauerbrey, <br /> Russell Brede and Allen McKinley. <br /> Members Absent: None <br /> #95 — Orville Wildes requests variance of setback from lake for construction <br /> of screened porch 8'x24'. Porch would be approximately 50' from <br /> highwater mark. <br /> Motion by Brede that variance be denied, seconded by Sauerbrey. <br /> 4 yes, 1 no. <br /> #94 — Alta Jane Lundberg requests variance of setback from rear of lot, <br /> maximum would be approximately ten feet, replacing cabin with new <br /> structure at greater distance from lake. <br /> Motion by Sauerbrey, seconded by Hansen that variance be granted. <br /> 5 yes, 0 no. <br /> #96 - Joseph Lupo requests variance for same situation as #94. He proposes <br /> to replace old cabin with new structure at a greater distance from <br /> lake but setback from rear of lot less than required. Problem common <br /> to both cases is that town road goes through the lots between cabins <br /> and lake. Setback from road will be 63', previously approximately 40'. <br /> Motion by Sauerbrey, seconded by Hansen that variance be granted. <br /> 5 yes, 0 no. <br /> Minutes of previous meeting read and approved on motion by Brede, seconded <br /> by Sauerbrey. <br /> Sauerbrey made motion to adjourn, voice vote.
