r 1 <br /> MINUTES OF <br /> BURNETT COUNTY <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT - SEPTEMBER 8, 1975 <br /> WEBSTER, WISCONSIN <br /> Members Present: LeRoy Sauerbrey, Allen McKinley, L. Gregory Johnson & Axel Hansen. <br /> Members Absent: Cyrus Atkinson <br /> #81 - Melvin Hendrickson requests variance of lake setback. Approximately 55 <br /> feet from lake to corner of cabin. Built a 12x26 foot porch without <br /> a building permit and the variance is to legalize this construction. <br /> Set footings in 1971 and erected porch in 1974. <br /> Motion by McKinley, seconded by Sauerbrey that variance be denied. Motion <br /> carried 4 yes, 0 no. <br /> #82 - Dale Hansen requests variance of setback from lake. Has 48 feet from <br /> water - Sand Lake. Built a 12x24 foot addition on side of building and <br /> a 8x30 foot deck on lake side. Building permit issued for 12x24 but <br /> deck not authorized which is purpose of deviation. <br /> #83 - Melvin Hayes requests variance for division of property, north lot width <br /> is 100 feet on diagonal parallel to lake but lacks minimum of 97 feet <br /> between parallel lines. <br /> #69 - Luverne Morse requests Board's opinion to construct a deck on north side <br /> six feet wide. <br /> Motion by McKinley, seconded by Sauerbrey that a negative opinion be <br /> expressed. Motion carried 4 yes, 0 no. <br /> Motion by McKinley, seconded by Sauerbrey to accept minutes of previous meeting. <br /> Motion carried 4 yes, 0 no. <br /> Meeting recessed so that committee could view property involved in appeals 82 & 83. <br /> Axel Hansen, Secretary <br /> Meeting reconvened after inspection trip on September 10, 1975. <br /> #82 - Dale Hansen variance concerns deck built without building permit and <br /> setback from lake. House is 42 feet from highwater mark and the eight <br /> foot deck reduces setback to 34 feet. Absolute minimum is 40 feet. <br /> Motion by Johnson, seconded by Hansen that appeal be denied. Motion <br /> carried 4 yes, 0 no. <br /> #83 - Melvin Hayes variance requests for division of lot which at present has <br /> 200 foot lake frontage and approximately 485 foot depth. <br /> Motion by Hansen, seconded by Johnson that variance be approved on <br /> condition that lot be evenly divided and the northerly house be moved. <br /> Motion carried 4 yes, 0 no. <br /> Meeting adjourned. <br /> Axel Hansen, Secretary <br /> cc!7onine Office.
