MINUTES <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT — JUNE &LIM <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Clyde W. Campbell, 600 Cleveland Ave. S. 6+J., New Brighton, Minn. 55112 <br /> Gail & Helen Dutton, Danbury, Wisconsin 54830 <br /> L. Gregory Johnson read the notices out of the paper and the <br /> application for variance for Gail and Helen Dutton. They want to <br /> erect a single family dwelling over the basement structure remaining <br /> from the burned Minerva Marina. This residence would be 16' to lg' <br /> from the water. The well is 240' from the building and the dry well <br /> and sanitary system is in. Fred Luke appeared in favor of the structure. <br /> Gail Dutton displayed the blueprints of the old structure. <br /> Clyde and Hellen Campbell showed the plans for their new home. <br /> Edward Bjork, James Ehaenberg, and Ralph A. Budingdorf appeared in favor. <br /> Gregory Johnson read the minutes which were approved as read. The <br /> minutes were approved as read. The board went out to view both sites. <br /> A motion was made and seconded that the Dutton building be built <br /> no more than 12' on to the existing basement and remove the blacktop <br /> vamp and steps. The motion was made by Cyrus Atkinson and seconded <br /> by Allen McKinley. The motion was passed three to one. <br /> A motion was made by Leroy Sauerbrey and seconded by Qyrus <br /> Atkinson to grant the variance requested by Clyde W. Campbell. The <br /> motion was passed by a three to one vote. <br /> A motion was made and seconded to adjourn. <br />
