<br /> the Gov. Lot 3, Sec. 25, T 38 N, R 18 W, Wood Lake Township, Burnett
<br /> County, Wisconsin and more fully described as follows: from the north-
<br /> east corner of said Sec. 25 go 1213.5 feet west and 2592.8 feet south
<br /> to point of beginning for parcel to be herein conveyed; thence S 34
<br /> 15' E a distance of 192.6 feet; thence S 82° 44' W a distance of
<br /> 203.42 feet to a point on the shore 8f Little Wood Lake; thence on
<br /> a meander line along said shore N 33 22' W a distance of 100.20 feet;
<br /> thence N 55° 45' E a distance of 179.9 feet to point of beginning,
