It would appear that storage structures (Carport and Cargo <br /> container) have been constructed/placed on this property without a land use permit from the <br /> county zoning office sometime between 2015 and 2020. As required under section 30-658 of <br /> our ordinances, any structure 100 square feet or larger require a land use permit. <br /> Since this was constructed/placed without permits we can charge up to 3 times the normal fee <br /> for after-the-fact permitting. If permits are submitted by March 30, 2022 we can reduce it to <br /> 1.5 times the fee. <br /> The regular rate would be $150.00 each, and the rate for 1.5 times for after-the-fact permitting <br /> is $225.00 each. This structure will need a land use permit. Enclosed is a land use permit <br /> application. Please fill it out and return to our office along with sketch and payment. <br /> If you have questions, please feel free to contact our department.
