It appears that a Certified Survey Map (CSM) was <br /> never done to combine lots so the 2017 structure would meet setbacks to property lines. In <br /> Sec. 30-658 of Burnett County ordinance for land use permits "Any permitted activity must <br /> comply with any/all conditions of the permit." <br /> A certified survey map must be completed by a state of WI licensed surveyor by July 1St, 2022 <br /> or the approval of your permit can be revoked. <br /> Please find attached a list of surveyors, your 2017 permit, and an aerial photo showing the <br /> nonconforming structure. <br /> If you have questions, please feel free to contact our department, office hours are Monday <br /> through Friday from 8:30-4:30. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Heidi Lieffort <br /> Zoning and POWTS Specialist <br /> Letter from Benson Law Office dated 10/5/2017, received by us on 2/23/2022, stating the four <br /> parcels are to be considered one parcel.
