Burnett County Board of Supervisors <br /> June 15, 2006 Page 6 <br /> WHEREAS, the Land Use/Zoning Committee of Burnett County Board of Supervisors has <br /> reviewed said proposed map, and has recommended that the Burnett County Board of <br /> Supervisors APPROVE said proposed change. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Burnett County Board of Supervisors, in <br /> accord with the provisions of Wisconsin Statute Section 59.69(5)(e), does hereby amend the <br /> Burnett County Comprehensive Land Use Ordinance to include the revised Town of West <br /> Marshland Zoning Map as part of the Burnett County Comprehensive Land Use Ordinance. <br /> Jim Flanigan, Burnett County Zoning Administrator, presented the resolution offered by the <br /> Land Use/Zoning Committee. A motion to adopt Resolution 2006-31, Adopting Revised Zoning <br /> District Map 2006-11 was made by Supervisor Burmeister, seconded by Supervisor Bickford. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION 2006-32 CREATION OF THE BURNETT COUNTY ANIMAL <br /> CONTROL TASK FORCE/BOARD WHEREAS; Animal control issues including strays, <br /> abused, bites, and, licensing have greatly increased; and <br /> WHEREAS; For the good of the citizens and visitors to Burnett County these issues deserve <br /> attention. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Burnett County Board Chair create the <br /> Burnett County Animal Control Task Force/Board with the chairperson being a member of the <br /> finance committee, and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Task Force be formed utilizing the agencies and <br /> individuals having a role in animal issues; and with the duty to create policies and procedures to <br /> deal with these issues on a county wide basis. <br /> A motion to approve Resolution 2006-32, Creation of the Burnett County Animal Control Task <br /> Force/Board, was made by Supervisor Pardun, seconded by Supervisor Lundberg. An <br /> amendment to the motion to send Resolution 2006-32 back to the Law Enforcement Committee <br /> for clarification was made by Supervisor Falk, seconded by Supervisor Freese. Motion carried. <br /> The amended motion to send Resolution 2006-32 back to the Law Enforcement Committee <br /> failed. A motion to reconsider was made by Supervisor Falk, seconded by Supervisor Anderson. <br /> Motion carried. Discussion took place on the proper use of a motion to reconsider. No further <br /> action taken. <br /> RESOLUTION 2006-33 BURNETT COUNTY FOREST INTEREST FREE PROJECT <br /> LOAN WHEREAS, s.s 28.11(8)(b)2 of the Wisconsin Statutes provides that counties having <br /> lands enrolled in the County Forest Program may receive interest free loans from the Department <br /> of Natural Resources to undertake meritorious and economically productive forestry operations <br /> on the County Forest on a project basis; and; <br />
