Letter of Complaint <br /> Summited November 8, 2021 <br /> To: Jackson Township Board <br /> Chairman: <br /> I am writing this letter of complaint to the board about a neighboring property <br /> to my southern border. Owned by Jennifer Kramer and Craig Lambrecht. <br /> Property Number 07-012-2-40-15-32-3 04-000-012200. Fire number 5349. In <br /> the town of Jackson. <br /> This situation has gotten unbearable to me and the neighboring property <br /> owners. The noise is off the scale and has been continual since July of 2021. <br /> This is coming from a Motor Cross Track illegally built with no permits early <br /> this summer by Craig and Jennifer. The noise nuisance clearly violates <br /> ordinance number twelve adopted November 23, 2001. <br /> This situation has devalued my property and the intended use beyond my <br /> belief for the area. <br /> There are other land and usage issues with County and DNR that the Board <br /> should be aware of at this date.
