Thanks again for stopping by and bring <br /> this to our attention. <br /> This letter is being presented on our behalf by Jeff Fagan <br /> To: Jackson Township <br /> Regarding the land use of 5349 County Road A, Webster WI. <br /> We would like to take this opportunity to share our thought and concerns regarding the dirt bike track that was <br /> constructed on the property adjacent to ours. We purchased our property 4 years ago in large part to the peace and <br /> solitude it offered. We spent many weekend simply enjoying the quiet and that is no longer the case. We were very <br /> disappointed to arrive one weekend to find a major dirt track being constructed on the property that runs right next to <br /> our driveway. Our new neighbor did not attempt any contact before or during the construction to discuss the affects <br /> it would have on us. Below is a list of how this has negatively affected us. <br /> Our property value has been decreased,we no longer feel it is prime piece of land <br /> • We are no longer are planning on building our retirement home here <br /> • Because of the noise level our land is no longer prime hunting land. We use to see Deer, Turkey and <br /> Bear on our land frequently, we don't any more. <br /> • The noise level is excessive and goes on for hours. It is hard to hear a conversation as we walk in the <br /> woods. <br /> We look forward to a reasonable resolution that is acceptable to all of the property owners that are involved. <br />
