BCA 22-0081-B <br /> Property Address: xxxxx Old 35 Road-Danbury,Wisconsin 54830 <br /> Brief Legal Description: Parcel in SW NW&Parcel in SE NW,9-40-16 <br /> The undersigned,whether one or more,being on oath and duly sworn,depose and say: <br /> 1. That they are owners of the real estate described in the First American Title Insurance Company Commitment referred to above. <br /> 2. That the proposed insured Todd Dennis Boyum and Stephanie Ann Boyum,Tiustees of the Revocable Living TnrstAgreement of Todd <br /> Dennis 13aytml and Stephanie Ann Boyum uldit dated February 2,2014(Buyer)requires that said Title Insurance Company delete from <br /> said Commitment the following exception: <br /> 'Defects, liens, encumbrances, adverse claims, or other matters, if any, created, first appearing in the Public Records cr attaching <br /> subsequert to the effective date hereof but prior to the date the proposed Insured acquires for value of record the estate or interest or <br /> mortgage thereon covered by this Carrunitment" <br /> 3.
