<br /> SURVEYOR'S NOTES:
<br /> 1) This survey creates 4 new parcels. This map, along with the CSM
<br /> Pending to the west, are part of a density development plan under Burnett
<br /> County ordinances.
<br /> 2) Daniel Drive is a 66 foot private road easement. This easement was created and established—on-Burnett
<br /> County Certified Survey Map No. 5082, Volume 28, pages 296-298. Outlot 1,the adjoining parcel to the east
<br /> of this map, also contains a private road. Access rights to use easements will be assigned in separate
<br /> documents.
<br /> 3) The CSM is part of lands included in a Plat of Survey by surveyor Patrick Krier, filed as D-1852 in the
<br /> Burnett County survey records. See this map for additional information, particularly regarding CTI-I A.
<br /> 4) In providing this boundary survey, no attempt has been made to obtain or show data concerning the
<br /> existence, size, depth,condition, capacity,or location of any utility existing on this site or affecting this site,
<br /> whether private, municipal or public owned.
<br /> 5) No abstract of title, nor title commitment,or results of a title search were furnished to the surveyor. All
<br /> documents of record reviewed are noted hereon. There may exist other documents of record that may affect
<br /> this surveyed parcel.
<br /> 6) We are not aware of any ordinances that affect the approval of this map other than those listed below in the
<br /> certificate.

<br /> encumbrances, restrictive covenants, ownership title evidence, or any other facts that an accurate and current
