It would appear that a storage structure (garage) has <br /> been constructed/placed on this property without land use permits from the county zoning <br /> office. As required under section 30-658 of our ordinances, a land use permit is required for any <br /> structure over 100 square feet. <br /> Since this was constructed/placed without permits we can charge up to 3 times the normal fee <br /> for after-the-fact permitting. A permit needs to be submitted by June 1, 2022 for the full 3 <br /> times the normal fee. <br /> This structures will need a land use permit, the regular rate would be $150.00, and the rate for <br /> 3 times for after-the-fact permitting is $450.00. Enclosed is a land use permit application. <br /> Please fill it out and return to our office along with sketch and payment. <br /> If you have questions, please feel free to contact our department, office hours are Monday <br /> through Friday from 8:30-4:30. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> 6464.
