There are several issues that were found, the principal being <br /> the filling/grading without a permit. Several other infractions include disturbing the shoreline <br /> buffer area and filling/grading in excess of 2000 sq ft within 300 ft of a navigable body of water. <br /> A citation has been issued for the filling/grading without a permit violation and is <br /> included in this letter. The court date is printed on the citation and scheduled for October 9`h, at <br /> 10:00 AM. The back of the citation gives instructions how to take care of the matter in regards <br /> to the legal process. <br /> You are also hereby ordered to set up a restoration management plan in coordination <br /> with the Land Conservation Dept, to correct the issues that have been created.
