REFERENCE <br /> LATERAL EXPANSION MITIGATION AGREEMENT ONLY <br /> In order to secure a Land Use Permit for lateral expansion of a <br /> nonconforming structure, the following restrictions will apply to the <br /> use of said permitted structure per the Burnett County Code of <br /> Ordinances and WI Admin.Code NR 115.05(1)(g)5. <br /> 1. An existing principal structure that was lawfully placed <br /> when constructed but that does not comply with the required <br /> shoreland setback may be expanded laterally provided the <br /> county issues a permit that requires a mitigation plan that <br /> shall be approved by the county and implemented by the <br /> property owner by the date specified in the permit. Return to: Burnett County Land Services Dept. <br /> 2. Owners may choose option(s)from the mitigation table in the 7410 County Road K,#120 <br /> Siren,WI 54872 <br /> Burnett County Shoreland Code of Ordinance which have <br /> been approved by the County Board and WI DNR. Owner agrees to implement the following options, as noted on the <br /> attached mitigation table: C <br /> 3. Owner agrees that failure to uphold the agreed upon provisions will result in the revocation of the Land Use Permit <br /> shown above which may result in citations and removal of the proposed structure. <br /> 4. The owner hereby agrees that at all times in the future, the real estate subject to this Agreement shall comply with all <br /> mitigation requirements of the Burnett County Shoreland Protection Code of Ordinances in effect at the time of signing <br /> of this document. <br /> 5. The owner further agrees to allow authorized representatives of the Governmental Unit to enter onto the owner's <br /> property during normal working hours at the following description to inspect the structure(s) authorized by Land Use <br /> Permit to determine if the mitigation options chosen has been established,restored,enhanced and/or preserved. <br /> This covenant shall be considered a restrictive covenant upon the real estate and it shall run with the land and shall be binding <br /> upon all future owners,heirs or assigns. <br /> Legal Description of Property: See Attached <br /> Parcel Identification Number: 07-012-2-40-15-35-5 05-005-016000 <br /> �� O �► ��i I I D.
