Application to fill 40 ' x 100 ' of land. <br /> 2. Copy of plot plan of Lot 4 of Shelter Pines. <br /> 3. Check for $10. 00 for the permit fee. <br /> 4. Copy of my letter to you of the early part <br /> of August, 1977 . <br /> 5. Copy of the perc test. <br /> On October 16 , 1977 , you issued us a permit to fill. Unfortunately, <br /> I hired the wrong man and he never got around to doing the job. <br /> Over the past 12 months, we have been working with several plumbers <br /> and/or contractors trying to come up with some solution to the <br /> water and sewer problem at our cabin. It appears now from <br /> recommendations of these men, that about the only sensible solution <br /> would be to add a bathroom-kitchen on the southwest side of the <br /> cabin, utilizing a sewer lift system. We have not yet finalized <br /> these plans at an affordable price. As soon as we reach an agree- <br /> ment with the contractor, I will send in the application for the <br /> permit for the building and the sanitary system. <br /> Please note that we asking to fill an wea 100 ' x 45 ' In view of the <br /> perc test, it will be necessary to close off the present drive since <br /> the drainfield will probably be in a par that drive. If we proceed <br /> with the addition, it would be most helpful if we could fill the <br /> 100 ' x 45 ' area. <br /> As stated in my previous letter, it would be our plan to locate <br /> the driveway over a portion of the fill towards the cabin.
