This structure <br /> must be moved to a conforming location by no later than 8/01/2016. <br /> • Construction of a Bunkhouse without a land-use permit. The garage that was permitted <br /> May 5, 2015 was not to be used for human habitation. You must pull a permit for a <br /> bunkhouse in order to keep the living quarters in the garage. We also need elevations at <br /> the corners of the building from a surveyor to prove it out of the floodplain, as it is <br /> mapped in. If you elect to pull a bunkhouse permit, please sign the attached agreement <br /> and return that to us with a separate check made out to the register of deeds for$30 as <br /> a recording fee. This bunkhouse agreement must be signed in front of a notary public. <br /> You must have this issue resolved by 8/01/2016 also. <br /> Section 30-659 of the Land-Use Ordinances provides legal penalties for Land-Use Ordinance <br /> violations. To avoid further complications and/or legal prosecution, please contact this office <br /> immediately to discuss ways of correction. <br /> If you have questions feel free to contact our department at any time.
