An agreement that specifies your shoreline will be restored <br /> and maintained according to the enclosed restoration plan must be signed, notarized, and <br /> registered in order to receive the land use permit. Plantings must be completed by September 15, <br /> 2003. The Burnett County Register of Deed's address is the same as above, except that the room <br /> is #140. The telephone number is 715-349-2183. There is a $13 fee to register a two-page <br /> agreement. <br /> Once you have completed your restoration, your property will be eligible to participate in the <br /> Burnett County Shoreline Incentives Program. The program provides an initial sign up payment <br /> of$250 and annual property tax credits.
