The setback <br /> was verified at 60 feet to the staked area. An average of 58 feet will be <br /> allowed to the ordinary high water mark of the lake. <br /> Due to the closeness of the water and critical slopes involved, a complete <br /> erosion control plan will need to be submitted to our office before the permit <br /> could be issued. This plan will need to outline where the spoil will be placed, <br /> and the use of filter fence and/or straw bales on site to prevent runoff. <br /> All structures, decks, retaining walls and slabs will need to meet the setback <br /> average.
