Lot 4, Section 35,T39N Rl6W, <br /> Town of Meenon. <br /> Specifically,the violation consists of grading and filling in excess of 12,000 square feet <br /> of area within 300 feet of the Ordinary High Water Mark of Clam Lake,without the <br /> required grading permit.
