The opsit on 9/16/02 found the stakes at 75 feet. All portions of the <br /> dwelling including any decks and retaining walls must meet the 75-foot setback. <br /> Also, no excavation or placement of fill is allowed within 50 feet of the ordinary high <br /> water mark. The material excavated for the basement cannot be placed on any slope <br /> towards the lake and should be hauled off property.
