Spooner. It is located in <br /> Rusk Township about four miles north of Hwy 70. You are welcome to inspect it if you would like <br /> to check set-back from the lake, property lines, etc. If you want to inspect the interior, we will have <br /> to arrange to be there at the same time since the property is locked and under security monitoring. <br /> As you may recall,the property did have two old cabins on it. The new home was built between the <br /> two and the old cabins were demolished when the new home was finished. The demolition work was <br /> done by Evergreen Excavating of Spooner and I believe they abode by all necessary regulations to <br /> be sure the job was done properly. <br /> Our winter address is as above.
