Krause: <br /> You have submitted LAPLANTE ADDITION TO VILLAGE OF YELLOW LAKE for review. The <br /> Department of Administration does not object to the final plat bearing the August 10, 2004 revision date. <br /> We certify that it complies with: s. 236.15, s. 236.16, s. 236.20, and s. 236.21, Wis. Stats. Certification of <br /> this plat does not include review for compliance with requirements relating to private sewage systems. <br /> DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION COMMENTS: <br /> s. 236.20 (4) (d) This section provides that lots shall have public street access unless otherwise <br /> permitted by local ordinance. Access to lots 6 and 18 is via a private access <br /> easement. <br /> The clerk verified that their local ordinance allows such lot access. The Town of <br /> Oakland approval will signify that this layout complies with all local ordinances. <br /> Since there are no conditions of the certification of no objection, the plat may be submitted to the local <br /> governing bodies for approval. Local government units, during their review of the plat, will resolve when <br /> applicable that the plat: <br /> - complies with local comprehensive plans, official map or subdivision control ordinances; <br /> - conforms with areawide water quality management regulations; <br /> - complies with Wisconsin shoreland management regulations; <br /> -resolves possible problems with storm water runoff; <br /> - fits the design to the topography; <br /> displays well designed lot and street layout; <br /> - is served by public sewer or private sewage systems; <br /> - includes service or is serviceable by necessary utilities. <br />
