All <br /> noted items must be corrected. The review and approval of the system is based <br /> on chapter 145, Wisconsin Statutes, and chapters ILHR 83 and 84, Wisconsin <br /> Administrative Code, and is contingent upon compliance with any stipulations <br /> shown on the plans. This system has not been reviewed for the co( e <br /> requirements set forth in chapter ILHR 82 or in chapters ILHR 50-f4, Wisconsin <br /> Administrative Code. <br /> This plan submittal approval will expire two years from the approval date, or <br /> if a sanitary permit is obtained, plan approval will expire on the day the <br /> initial sanitary permit expires. The licensed plumber responsible for this <br /> installation shall keep one set of plans with the Department's stamp of <br /> approval at the construction site.
