At that time, the Bowmans, along with
Mark Krause, representing Wagner Surveying, explained their plans to seek a Variance
for the Wilberta F. Bowman property.
We understand that their desire is to divide a 300 foot lake frontage lot into two lots. We
are also aware that the resulting two lots would each have a width of 138.60 feet, which
is short of the 150 foot requirement---hence the reason for the Variance Hearing.
After reviewing their plans and the reasoning behind such plans,we, as the Board of the
Town of Jackson, can see no problem with this Request for Variance. We unanimously
support the Bowmans in their endeavor, and urge the Zoning Committee to grant this
variance.
Sincerely,
Q QAlx - CCUAoIr
Dianne M. Connor
Chair
Town of Jackson
