Said he tried to find the information on the website about renting the home but found nothing. He said the previous owners told him to just rent it. I explained the violations—no Conditional Permit, he advertised that the home Larry Beyer sleeps 9-13 people but his septic system is sized for 6 people(3 9419 Reston Grove Ln bedrooms),there is no current pumping record on file,and he Houston TX 77095 doesn't have a license from the State for recreational rental. He said he has renters coming next week and asked what the Dear Mr. Beyer: ramifications would be if he rented anyway. 1 repeated that he is in violation.
