James P.Beaulier
227 Walnut Street
Berryville, VA 22611
October 12, 2007
Burnett County Zoning
Land Use Office
County Government Center, Room 130
7410 County Road K#102
Siren, WI 54872-9067
To whom it may concern:
This letter is in response to your"Notice of Zoning Violation" letter dated October 1,
2007. Due to some misinformation that I received from outside sources, I was under the
assumption that a building permit wasn't required for a small, non-occupied dwelling,
and my case, a simple tractor shed. With the information that was enclosed with your
letter and by speaking with someone in your office, I have taken steps that I hope will
rectify the problem.
Enclosed are a check in the requested amount of$70.00 (seventy dollars) and a couple of
aerial sketches to show the layout of the property and the location of new tractor shed. I
believe that I have met the requirements that were given to me by the aforementioned
telephone call:
1). A minimum of 20 (twenty) feet between each side of the shed from neighboring
property lines.
2). A minimum of 100 (one hundred) feet from the shoreline.
3.) A minimum of 63 (sixty-three) feet from the center of a state/county maintained road.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact me by the address that I
have provided above. I am one of four co-owners of the property in question and any
further matters concerning the new tractor shed can be directed to me. Thank you for
your understanding in this matter.
Cordially,
9,, P Q .,
//James P.Beaulier
