Please see the attached photo <br /> showing the 30 ft setback to the platted road right of way. With this setback you would only have roughly 14 ft between <br /> the house and the setback to place something. I have attached a variance as that would be the only way that a garage of <br /> decent size would fit onto your lot. The variance requires a new survey and that you are present in front of the board <br /> that is deciding on your variance,you would get more information after the application is submitted. <br /> Also, It does appear that in your impervious surface calculations you forgot that any area that is driven on and covered <br /> in gravel is also included in the impervious surface amount.
