BURNETT COUNTY,WISCONSIN SHORELAND <br /> RESTORATION/PRESERVATION AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, the below mentioned property owner(s) own real RE' 4CiI <br /> estate within Burnett County that is subject to the Burnett County Of <br /> Shoreland Protection Code of Ordinances, and WHEREAS, in 0H� <br /> order to secure a Land Use Permit for a structure with a <br /> nonconforming shoreland setback, or a Land Use Permit issued <br /> for structures under s. 59.692 (lv), Wisconsin Statutes, the <br /> following standards shall apply: <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the owner hereby agrees to preserve or <br /> provide a shoreline buffer restoration plan as required by Burnett <br /> County Land Use Code of Ordinances in order to restore and/or <br /> maintain the real estate to comply with the Burnett County <br /> Shoreland Buffer Design Standards. <br /> The owner hereby agrees that at all times in the future, the real <br /> estate subject to this Agreement shall comply with all shoreland <br /> vegetative buffer requirements of the Burnett County Shoreland Return to: Burnett County Land Services Dept. <br /> Protection Code of Ordinances in effect at the time of signing of 7410 County Road K,#120 <br /> this document. The owner further agrees to allow authorized Siren,WI 54872 <br /> representatives of the Governmental Unit responsible for <br /> shoreline vegetative buffer to enter onto the owners property during normal working hours at the following description to <br /> inspect the structure(s) authorized by Land Use Permit to determine if the shoreland vegetative buffer as approved by the <br /> Land and Water Conservation Department has been established, restored, enhanced and/or preserved. This Agreement <br /> shall be binding upon all future owners, heirs or assigns.
