The specific ordinance we are referring <br /> to is Section 30-505 re: land disturbance activities exceeding allowed maximums and for <br /> violating the Shoreland Preservation Program requirements per deed document number <br /> 432642. Each day may be considered a separate offense and citation. <br /> Contact should be made with the Land and Water Conservation Dept. regarding what needs to <br /> be done to restore the shoreline buffer to a compliant nature with the recording agreement, <br /> and this restoration should be complete by May 15th, 2018. <br /> You may appear at Burnett County Court at the date and time indicated on the front lower left <br /> of the citation to enter a plea, or you may pay the citation as indicated on the back. If you pay <br /> the citation, your appearance is not necessary. <br /> The payment of the forfeiture does not eliminate the need to comply with the terms of the <br /> Ordinance or to remove any unauthorized development or mitigate any environmental damage <br /> caused by the violation. <br /> If you have questions feel free to contact our department at any time.
