The specific sections of <br /> Burnett County Shoreland Protection Ordinances you are in violation of are as follows: <br /> • Section 45-212(2): Filling or grading within the vegetative buffer zone and exceeding the <br /> allowed maximum width of viewing/access corridor (35 feet). Erosion is not being <br /> controlled which will allow sediment to inundate the shoreland buffer zone and will <br /> inundate the lake, itself, in time. This erosion must be controlled by silt fence, approved <br /> erosion matting, and approved vegetation by no later than 9/18/2017. You may contact <br /> our Land and Water Conservation Dept. for recommendations. The removed vegetation <br /> must also be restored to the legally allowed minimum standards. <br /> • The road that was constructed down to the lake must also be removed and returned to <br /> a natural grade by no later than 9/30/2017. This area must be revegetated as well using <br /> the same principles as above. <br /> • Constructing a new patio/retaining wall within 75' of the Ordinary High Water Mark in <br /> violation of the required shoreland setback per section 45-102, and without land-use <br /> permit per section 45-503(a). This structure cannot be permitted in this location and <br /> must be removed by 9/30/2017. The filled area must also be returned to natural grade <br /> and revegetated using the same principles as above. <br /> You may appear at Burnett County Court at the date and time indicated on the front lower left <br /> of the citation to enter a plea, or you may pay the citation as indicated on the back. If you pay <br /> the citation,your appearance is not necessary. <br />
