The specific code you are <br /> being cited for is as follows: <br /> • Burnett County Ordinance 45-102: Shoreland setbacks. <br /> Constructed a lakeside deck which doesn't meet the required lake setback. <br /> You may appear at Burnett County Court at the date and time indicated on the front lower left <br /> of the citation to enter a plea, or you may pay the citation as indicated on the back.
