This violation occurred on your property with <br /> site address 6699 State Rd 70, Siren. The specific code you are being cited for is as follows: <br /> • Section 30-523(c)(1): No sign or its structural components shall be erected or <br /> temporarily placed within any road, highway, right-of-way, public easement or upon any <br /> public property. <br /> You may appear at Burnett County Court at the date and time indicated on the front lower left <br /> of the citation to enter a plea, or you may pay the citation as indicated on the back. If you pay <br /> the citation, your appearance is not necessary. <br /> The payment of the forfeiture does not eliminate the need to comply with the terms of the <br /> Ordinance.
