Krause, a Registered Land Surveyor, hereby certify that pursuant to a request <br /> from WILLIAM AND ARBEL STADLER, I have caused the hereinafter described lands to be <br /> surveyed and mapped under my direction and supervision; and to my best knowledge and <br /> belief this Certified Survey Map is a true and correct representation of that survey; <br /> THAT the exterior boundary of the land parcel surveyed and mapped is described as follows: <br /> A parcel of land located in the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 28, <br /> Township 40 North, Range 15 West, Town of Jackson, County of Burnett, State of Wisconsin <br /> and more particularly described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the North Quarter Corner of Section 28; <br /> THENCE N86036132"E 1326.99 feet along the North Line of said Section to the <br /> Northeast Corner of the said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; <br /> THENCE S0003412411W 50.80 feet along the East Line of said Quarter-Quarter Section <br /> to the South right-of-way line of County Trunk Highway "A" being the Point of <br /> Beginning; <br /> THENCE S0003412411W 623.60 feet continuing along said East Line to the North Line <br /> of Certified Survey Map Volume 5 Pages 192-193; <br /> THENCE N8505813311W 330.60 feet along the North Line of said Certified Survey Map; <br /> THENCE N00034124"E 619.95 feet to said South right-of-way line; <br /> THENCE S86036132"E 330.40 feet along said South right-of-way line to the Point of <br /> Beginning. <br /> This parcel contains 205,186 square feet (4.71 acres) and is subject to easements <br /> and restrictions of record. <br /> THAT such map is a correct representation of all of the exterior boundaries of the land <br /> surveyed and the division thereof; <br /> THAT I have fully complied with the provisions of Chapter 236.34 of the Wisconsin <br /> Statutes in surveying, dividing and mapping the same. <br /> SURVEYOR'S NOTES a <br /> 1. The property in this survey was originally deeded as the East 330' of the North 660' <br /> and the property to the West was deeded as the West 330' of the East 660' of the <br /> North 660' feet. At a later date it was deeded erroneously as the East one-half of <br /> the East one-half of the North one-half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest <br /> Quarter. <br /> 2. The South boundary of this property was intended to be Certified Survey Map Volume 5 <br /> Pages 192-193. Surveyor Ron Johnson used a different position for the North Quarter <br /> Corner then what is presently being used and accepted as the Corner. A Quit Claim <br /> Deed for the lands lying between the South Line of the North 660' feet and the North <br /> Line of Certified Survey Map Volume 5 Pages 192 & 193 will be obtained. <br /> 3. The exact limits of the right-of-way for CTH "A" is unknown at this time. This <br /> survey reserves 50 feet South of the Section Line for such purposes.
