K #102 <br /> Siren, Wisconsin 54872 <br /> Dear Jim: <br /> Enclosed is the partial plat map of Government Lot #3 showing measurements of <br /> buildings on my property (lot #4) in relation to the property lines and the lake and <br /> similar information for abutting property owners for lots #3 and # 5. 1 believe this <br /> drawing to be quite accurate. It was a little difficult with all the snow, but I know where <br /> things are based on walkways and retaining walls which I found quite easily. <br /> Our major objective in all this to secure a building permit to demolish an old porch and <br /> replace it with a new 16' x 18' porch with a full foundation in the location outlined in <br /> red. In order to do this we must relocate the sanitary system. This will require a <br /> sanitary permit for which Wade Rufsholm will apply on my behalf as soon as possible. <br /> However, we want to assure ourselves that things look OK for a building permit before <br /> we formally put our money down and apply for the sanitary permit. That's where we <br /> are at this point. <br /> Wade indicates that I could be one of his first jobs in April when the ground thaws <br /> since I am located where there will be minimal road weight restrictions. I also want to <br /> tie down a building contractor as soon as possible before their work schedules fill up. <br /> Construction bids I have requested are due back to me around February 28th. I am <br /> anxious to get going. Any thing you can do to expedite matters so I can begin to firm <br /> things up would be deeply appreciated. <br /> Enclosed is the information off my tax statement which you requested. <br /> If there is anything else I can do, please let me know.
