Visual inspections were made of the property listed above on 4/20/2016,4/26/2016, 5/5/2016, 5/25/2016, 6/28/2016, <br /> 4/28/2017 & 5/12/2017 to assess for the existence of possible environmental hazards which are, or potentially may <br /> become, health and/or safety hazards and to determine potential violations to Wisconsin Statute 254 and/or Burnett <br /> County Health& Environmental Hazards Ordinance No. 91-1. <br /> THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS HAVE BEEN NOTED DURING THE VARIOUS INSPECTIONS ON THE PROPERTY: <br /> • Accumulations of decayed animal or vegetable matter,trash, rubbish, bedding, packing material, scrap metal or <br /> any material in which flies, mosquitoes, disease-carrying insects, rats or other vermin can breed, live, nest or seek <br /> shelter,exempting private compost piles. <br /> • Maintaining excessive numbers of pets (too many animals for the space as determined by the health officer or <br /> designee)that result in health hazard to either the animal or human inhabitants or public health. <br /> • Failure to maintain property so as to avoid health and safety hazards. <br /> COMPLIANCE ORDERS <br /> The residence at 12867 County Road 0 has been in violation of Burnett County Ordinance No. 91-1 as stated above. In <br /> order to maintain the property free of violations,the following must be followed: <br /> • Comply with all Burnett County Health & Environmental Hazards Ordinance No. 91-1 and Wisconsin State Statute <br /> 254, including but not limited to: <br /> o All indoor surfaces to remain free of urine and feces. <br /> o Kitchen refrigerator, sink and countertops free of spoiled food, accessible and in working order. <br /> o Bathroom sink,toilet&shower accessible and in working order. <br /> o All living area needs to be free of health and safety hazards, including wide pathways for walking. <br /> o The material outside of the home must not attract disease-carrying rodents or insects. <br /> Due to repetitive Human Health Hazard and Burnett County Ordinance No. 91-1 violations, including excessive <br /> number of pets,this property is required to remain free of Human Health Hazards and Burnett County Ordinance No. <br /> 91-1 violations from this point moving forward;failure to do so will result in the removal of animals from the <br /> property.
