I purchased the motel in <br /> December of 2001. At the present time there is a sign on Highway 35, two miles south of <br /> Danbury, that the original owner installed. The original name of the motel was Johnson's <br /> Motel. The name changed to the Trailside about eight years ago and the owners that <br /> changed the name never changed the sign. I have inspected the signpost and they are in <br /> good condition. I would like to replace the old sign face with a new one reflecting the <br /> correct name. <br /> I have enclosed copies of the new sign along with the dimensions. The new sign would <br /> be the same size as the old one. I would like to proceed with this as soon as possible, to <br /> be able to take advantage of the up coming tourist season. <br /> Your consideration in this matter would be much appreciated.
