It would appear that 3 storage structures (tarp sheds) <br /> have been constructed/placed on this property without land use permits from the county <br /> zoning office. As required under section 30-658 of our ordinances, a land use permit is required <br /> for any structure over 100 square feet. <br /> Since this was constructed/placed without permits we can charge up to 3 times the normal fee <br /> for after-the-fact permitting. If permits are submitted by April 15, 2023 we can reduce it to 2 <br /> times the fee. <br /> These structures will need a land use permit,the regular rate would be $150.00 for an <br /> accessory structure and the rate for 2 times for after-the-fact permitting is $300.00 for Each <br /> Structure. Enclosed is a land use permit application.
