It would appear that a storage structure <br /> has been constructed/placed on this property without land use permits from the county zoning <br /> office. As required under section 30-658 of our ordinances, a land use permit is required for any <br /> structure over 100 square feet. <br /> Since this was constructed/placed without permits we can charge up to 3 times the normal fee <br /> for after-the-fact permitting. If permits are submitted by April 15, 2023 we can reduce it to 2 <br /> times the fee. <br /> This structure will need a land use permit, the regular rate would be $150.00 for an accessory <br /> structure and the rate for 2 times for after-the-fact permitting is $300.00. Enclosed is a land use <br /> permit application.
