On Pages 1 and 2 of the LOMA, it shows that the two structures at your address and property <br /> description are removed from the Special Flood Hazard Area. It has been reclassified to Flood Zone X <br /> (shaded), which is defined to be "areas determined to be within the 0.2% annual chance flood plain." 0.2% <br /> corresponds to a 500 year flood elevation. <br /> The other 3 pages are a cover letter and other information. The cover letter may be useful as it shows the Case <br /> No. that was assigned for this application. <br /> While this will be on record in several places, including FEMA, Wisconsin DNR and Burnett County Zoning, it <br /> is important that you keep this with your house records so you can prove that the LOMA was granted. <br /> Please call or write if you have any questions. If you are paying flood insurance, contact your bank or <br /> insurance agent. You should be able to quit paying and may be eligible for a refund. <br /> I have also forwarded this Final Determination to Jason Towne for consideration with your variance <br /> application.
