A tarp type storage structure has been constructed/placed on this <br /> property without land use permits from the county zoning office. As required under section 30- <br /> 658 of our ordinances, a land use permit is required for any structure over 100 square feet. <br /> Since this was constructed/placed without permits we can charge up to 3 times the normal fee <br /> for after-the-fact permitting. If permits are submitted by December 20, 2022 we can reduce it <br /> to 1.5 times the fee. <br /> These structures will need a land use permit, the regular rate would be $150.00, and the rate <br /> for 1.5 times for after-the-fact permitting is $225.00.
