I included a building <br /> plan that shows a porch outside of the current footprint. We will be seeking a variance for that porch. <br /> Wagner survey is helping, and we hope to have the application filed before April 15`h <br /> Because we have over 55 acres, I included a map of the whole parcel and one focused on the structures. <br /> The existing structures on the property are a garage("20x20x15), a small cabin (^'12x16x12), a wood <br /> deck(^'12x12), an outhouse (6x6x10) and the large cabin (^'25x34x20). Locations are marked on the <br /> map. <br /> There is an existing septic tank near the garage which is about 350'from the cabin.
