I would be more than happy to help. <br /> Before you settle in, I would like to make you familiar with a few of the most important house rules at our <br /> vacation rental. These are in place to ensure that your stay with us will be as comfortable as possible. <br /> Please take a minute to read each of the rules carefully to avoid possible injury or deductions from your <br /> security deposit. <br /> 1. Outdoor Quiet time is 10:00pm for respect for our neighbors <br /> 2. Please clean the grill when you are done using it <br /> 3. No parties or events <br /> 4. Children should be supervised at all times,guests are responsible for the safety of their children <br /> 5. No smoking inside <br /> 6. Please no shoes upstairs <br /> 7. Please report any damages <br /> We reserve the right to terminate any booking and to evict any guests who refuse to follow these house <br /> rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community. <br /> Check-out time is at 11:30 Please ensure you check out by the specified time, as the cleaning team will <br /> arrive shortly after. Before you check out, please ensure that Grill is cleaned and covered, boat is cleaned <br /> and covered and everything else is put back and secured, water toys-yard toys- <br /> We can accommodate up to 14 guests and 2-3 vehicles per our parking spots <br /> Local Contact# <br /> Garbage Comes Monday please set out cans SUNDAY WHEN YOU CHECK OUT <br />
