BURNETT COUNTY LAND SERVICES DEPARTMENT c <br /> BURNETT COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER <br /> 7410 County Road K,#120 Phone(715)349-2109 <br /> Siren,Wisconsin 54872 landservices@burnettcounty.org <br /> NOTICE OF ACTION ON CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> December 6, 2023 <br /> Michael & Jean Waltzing <br /> 27211 State Rd 35 <br /> Webster, WI 54893 <br /> RE: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #CUP-23-17 <br /> Dear Property Owner, <br /> At the November 7th, 2023 meeting of the Land Use and Information Committee, your <br /> application for a Conditional Use Permit application was considered. <br /> On the basis of the evidence presented at the hearing on this application, it was <br /> determined that a Conditional Use Permit be GRANTED subject to the following , <br /> conditions: <br /> 1- All prior CUP conditions still apply. <br /> 2- Follow all sign regulations. <br /> 3- No outside storage allowed. <br /> 4- Land Use Permit to be obtained for each structure prior to construction. <br /> 5- Follow all local, county, state and federal requirements for this activity. <br /> 6- Outside lighting for this project will downward directed. <br /> 7- Maintain and/or supplement at least 50 feet of existing natural vegetation for screening C7 <br /> purposes, starting at the applicant's property line from the Gandy Dancer Trail(excluding <br /> the state right-of-way). <br /> A record of the minutes are attached.
