There have been no land use/building or sanitary <br /> permits issued to the Joseph Cycenas et al property located in the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 15 Town of Daniels. <br /> Section 15.14 of the Burnett County Private Sewage System Ordinance and Wisconsin Administrative Code <br /> Comm. 83.21 require a sanitary permit before any private onsite wastewater treatment system is installed. <br /> The Burnett County Private Sewage System Ordinance and Wisconsin Administrative Code Comm. 83 provide <br /> for installation requirements, design, etc. Wisconsin State Statutes Chapter 145.06 requires plumbing to only be <br /> done by a person licensed to do so by the Department. The Burnett County Private Sewage System Ordinance <br /> incorporates Wisconsin State Statute 145 and Wisconsin Administrative Code Comm. 83. <br /> On August 5, 2009 1 became aware that a private sewage system had been installed on the Joseph Cycenas <br /> property located in the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 15 Town of Daniels. Review of permit records found no permits <br /> had been issued for installation. <br /> To correct this violation, a sanitary permit must be secured and a Wisconsin licensed plumber must be <br /> responsible for installation, component inspection and any other requirements of Comm. 83. <br /> Please contact me regarding who installed this system and when it was installed.
