A copy of this information must be given to the <br /> owner upon completion of the project. <br /> • The holding tanks must be made and maintained water tight to prevent infiltration per <br /> COMM 83.45(6)and the vents/observation pipes must terminate at least 2' above flood <br /> level. <br /> • Anchor tank as necessary to negate buoyant forces per COMM 83.43(8)(g). <br />
